Have you ever had your social media account hacked and don't know who did it? 

Top 8 by Katie Finn is about a girl called Madison who had the perfect life, a group of great friends and a great boyfriend. But when she came back from a family vacation she found her Friend verse account had been hacked. There were terrible photos and rude comments posted on her wall. As a result of this, her friends were angry and her boyfriend dumped her. 

The question is, can Madison find the person who hacked her account and get her friends and boyfriend back?

The main character Madison is an everyday teenager just like myself. She was nice to everyone especially her friends and always hangs out with them on the weekend and she was involved in many clubs and groups at her school. She was a pretty 15 year old with blond hair. She almost always fights with her brother. Madison was definitely my favourite character.   

This book is a wonderful read because it is about a possible real life situation. The author wrote the book well because it was very exciting and a bit mysterious. Top 8 was good because it is set in today's society and is based on a real life circumstance. I recommend this book for teenagers from 13 – 15 because it is a great read and very hard to put down.
