Megan by Mary Hooper

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to get pregnant at 15?!

Megan is just like any other teenager she enjoys going out and hanging with her friends. The only difference is that shes pregnant and the father of her baby is her ex-boyfriend Luke. When the school finds out Megan is forced out of school and has to go live with her aunty Lorna for a while. Throughout the book you connect with the character Megan and you are left with one question, Will she have the baby adopted or not.

The story is about a 15 year old called Megan. Who has started planning out her year from taking her GCSEs in June to her big 16th birthday. But all of these plans come to a stop when she finds out that she is 5 months pregnant. She has to give everything up and go away and live with her aunty Lorna. While staying with Lorna she attends an education facility where she takes her GCSEs and learns about how to care for her baby she will soon be having.

I thought Megan was a great and easy read. It was very interesting and it didnt have easy answers to the problems she encountered.  The book was difficult to put down and the ending leaves you wondering what will happen next. This book is first of the trilogy and once you finish it you just have to read the next one.
